About the role#
This is a paid, full-time internship based on-site in Danville, Illinois. We offer a rolling term for students or recent graduates in engineering fields. Please note that we do not provide visa sponsorship for this position.
What you'll do#
- Take part in hardware development tasks.
- Support mechanical engineers with ongoing projects and prototyping.
- Assist in testing and evaluating both new and existing products.
- Work alongside R&D team members.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in or recent graduation from a Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering program.
- Proficiency with CAD software, specifically Autodesk Inventor.
- Experience using Microsoft Office tools including Outlook, Word, Excel, and SharePoint.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Must be at least 18 years old by the start of the semester.
- Availability to work up to 40 hours per week during the summer.
- Must have been enrolled full-time during the current semester.
