About the role#
As a mechanical engineering intern, you will join a team focused on delivering solutions that streamline our business operations. You will work on real projects, solve business problems, and learn to apply best practices from both the mechanical engineering and security industries.
What you'll do#
- Support Product Lifecycle Engineering by maintaining the quality of current market products.
- Participate in development discussions and implement solutions on active projects.
- Learn and apply Structured Problem Solving and Root Cause Analysis to address quality issues.
- Build a foundation for your future career growth through hands-on experience.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a degree program for Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace, Systems, or Industrial Engineering.
- Preference for students who will have completed their sophomore year by Summer 2027.
- Experience with CAD software.
- Demonstrated leadership ability and initiative, such as involvement in sports, clubs, or work projects.
- A strong desire to learn and develop through impactful work.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without company sponsorship.

- Compensation: $25 to $26 per hour.
