About the role#
As a Network Analyst intern, you will support infrastructure in our data center and work alongside various IT teams. You will report to the Network Services Manager at our Cranberry Township facility. This is a full-time, paid internship.
What you'll do#
- Support the maintenance and monitoring of network infrastructure, such as routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Assist with data center operations, including server installations, configurations, and troubleshooting.
- Participate in telecom infrastructure projects.
- Organize and manage cables within the data center.
- Document processes, configurations, and changes to keep records accurate.
What you'll need#
- You are currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field.
- You have completed your sophomore year of college.
- You have an understanding of networking concepts, data center operations, and telecom infrastructure.
- You have experience with networking or firewalls.
- A CCNA certification is required.

- Term: Summer 2027 (May through August).
