    About the role#

    Join our team as a Systems Engineering intern to work on real products within our Product Lifecycle Engineering organization. You will work on solutions that enable access and security. This internship provides an opportunity to build relationships with peers and leaders while gaining experience in a professional environment.

    What you'll do#

    • Assist in the creation and maintenance of technical documentation, such as system requirements, interface definitions, and system block diagrams.
    • Support the design, analysis, and testing of system components and assemblies.
    • Participate in design peer reviews and present your findings to cross-functional teams.
    • Collaborate with experienced engineers to deliver system-level solutions.
    • Build a foundation for your future professional growth.

    What you'll need#

    • You are currently pursuing a degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
    • You have completed your sophomore year by the start of the program.
    • You demonstrate leadership ability and initiative through school projects, clubs, or work experience.
    • You are comfortable with hands-on lab work and problem-solving.
    • You can work effectively in both team and individual settings.
    • You possess strong communication and time management skills.

    • Location: Indianapolis, Indiana.
    • Term: Summer 2027.
    • Modality: On-site.
    • Employment: Full-time, paid internship.
