About the role#
The Worthington Enterprises Summer Intern Program provides students with project-based experience at our headquarters in Worthington, Ohio. This full-time, paid program runs during the summer of 2027. You will work on real business challenges while developing your professional skills through hands-on experience and training.
What you'll do#
- Lead or contribute to business-driven projects.
- Generate ideas for product or process improvements.
- Design new tools, systems, or playbooks to improve efficiency.
- Participate in training sessions on professional topics.
- Present project results and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Take part in a community service project with other interns.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as an undergraduate or graduate student.
- Academic focus in Business Administration, Communications, Finance, Human Resources, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or Operations Management.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
- Commitment to the Worthington Enterprises people-first philosophy.
