About the role#
Würth Elektronik is looking for a student to join our Inside Sales team. You will gain hands-on experience in customer engagement, sales operations, and account support. We prioritize your academics and will work with you to build a schedule that fits your school commitments.
What you'll do#
- Assist the Inside Sales team with customer communications and follow-up.
- Prepare quotations, sales materials, and product information.
- Research accounts and identify potential customer opportunities.
- Update customer and sales data in internal systems.
- Coordinate with field sales, customer service, and technical support teams.
- Handle order-related questions, sample requests, and general inquiries.
- Conduct market research and support various sales projects.
- Provide administrative support to the team.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a college or university program, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or Supply Chain Management.
- Interest in a career in sales or customer service.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools like Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to manage priorities and work well with others.

- Location: Watertown, South Dakota.
- Modality: On-site.
- Schedule: Part-time, up to 20 hours per week.
- Status: Paid internship.
- Academic credit: This role may be structured to fulfill internship requirements for your degree, subject to school approval.
