About the role#
This is a 3-month temporary internship for college students interested in sales and business development. You will work with the sales team to support lead generation, research, and marketing efforts. This role offers hands-on experience in a professional environment.
What you'll do#
- Identify potential customers using prospecting databases, social media, and networking tools.
- Create and distribute marketing content that introduces company products and services.
- Coordinate introductory meetings with prospective customers.
- Join collaborative sessions with the sales team to learn about customer needs and sales strategies.
- Research competitors and market trends.
- Prepare customer presentations and provide administrative support to the sales team.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a degree program for Business, Marketing, Industrial Distribution, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- A strong interest in sales and business development.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

- This is a paid, full-time, on-site role for Summer 2026.
- Locations: Roanoke, VA; Sanford, FL; or Greenwood, IN.
