About the role#
We are looking for a Growth Operations Intern to help drive user growth and engagement for our AI platform. You will work at the intersection of growth, product, and operations. This role involves attracting new users, improving onboarding, and increasing retention through data-driven experiments and community engagement. It is a good fit for students interested in AI startups, growth strategy, or developer platforms.
What you'll do#
- Design and execute user acquisition campaigns to attract new developers and AI teams.
- Assist with user onboarding and activation programs.
- Support user engagement and retention initiatives, including referral programs and community activities.
- Analyze growth metrics such as user acquisition, activation, retention, and engagement.
- Build simple reports or dashboards to track growth performance.
- Work with product and engineering teams to improve onboarding and user experience.
- Collect feedback from developers to identify opportunities to improve the platform.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Administration, Marketing, or Operations Management.
- Strong interest in AI, startups, or developer platforms.
- Analytical mindset and ability to work with data.
- Comfortable using Excel, Google Sheets, or analytics tools.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
- Experience with growth, marketing, or community operations is a plus.
- Familiarity with AI tools and basic knowledge of SQL or Python is helpful.
Location & details#
- This is a full-time internship based in the Bay Area, California, with remote and hybrid work options available.
- The term is rolling with a duration of 3 to 6 months and a possibility for extension.
- This position is paid.
