About the role#
The Partner Success Intern acts as a frontline ambassador to connect Zipline operations with the local community. You will support the marketing and operations teams by executing local events, activations, and partnerships to increase brand awareness and customer acquisition. This is a full-time, paid internship running from September to December 2026.
What you'll do#
- Plan and execute local events, activations, and community partnerships.
- Track event performance metrics and assist with reporting.
- Identify opportunities to increase local awareness and customer acquisition.
- Coordinate event logistics, including setup, breakdown, and inventory management.
- Provide hands-on, boots-on-the-ground support for community initiatives.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a degree program related to Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or Human Resources.
- Availability to work in a hybrid environment, with at least two days per week in-person at our Richardson, Texas hub.
- Ability to travel frequently throughout Dallas, Texas, using your own transportation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A resourceful and proactive approach to work.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Availability for occasional evenings and weekends to support events.
