    About the role#

    The Operations Internship Program offers a hands-on, professional experience for students with strong academic records and leadership potential. You will work on projects that have a direct impact on our business while gaining exposure to senior leadership. This program helps you build your career through targeted training and a global intern community.

    What you'll do#

    • Contribute to meaningful and challenging projects.
    • Support operations across areas such as manufacturing, quality assurance, and engineering.
    • Gain knowledge through access to senior leaders and professional development opportunities.

    What you'll need#

    • You must have completed at least one year of college coursework and be returning to school after the internship.
    • Pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Biology, Chemistry, or Industrial Engineering.
    • A minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
    • You must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship.
    • You must be geographically mobile.

    This is a full-time, paid, on-site internship. Positions are available at various locations including Casa Grande, AZ; Alameda, Menlo Park, Pleasanton, Santa Clara, Sylmar, and Temecula, CA; Columbus and Tipp City, OH; Abbott Park, Buffalo Grove, and Des Plaines, IL; Westford, MA; Westbrook, ME; Sturgis, MI; Minneapolis, Plymouth, and St. Paul, MN; Dallas and Plano, TX; and Alta Vista, VA.
