    About the role#

    This is a paid, six-month Co-Op program running from July through December 2027. You will work within our Global Packaging organization on projects that impact our business and patients. This role requires you to work on-site at our North Chicago campus.

    What you'll do#

    • Develop and test packaging for new projects.
    • Execute test protocols.
    • Identify and select materials while creating specifications.
    • Mine data to find standardization opportunities.
    • Research sustainability and packaging improvements.
    • Coordinate and run experiments both in the laboratory and in manufacturing plants.

    What you'll need#

    • Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s program for Packaging, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • An expected graduation date between December 2027 and June 2029.
    • A requirement to return to university the semester following your Co-Op.
    • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Strong academic performance.
    • Skills in problem-solving, project management, and teamwork.
