About the role#
This 10-week summer internship program provides hands-on experience within a retail environment. You will work on projects that impact our business operations while gaining exposure to corporate functions. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with professionals, learn industry best practices, and present your findings to executive leadership.
What you'll do#

- Evaluate existing processes and contribute to specific department goals.
- Present project results and findings to executive leadership.
- Perform tasks within a retail environment.
What you'll need#
- Junior or Senior status at an accredited college or university.
- Current enrollment as a full-time student.
- Strong academic performance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Majors considered include Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Accounting, and Data Science.
