About the role#
This position is for a Master's level Student Analyst to join our team in Tyler. You will work in a center-based setting to provide early intervention therapy for children between 18 months and 13 years old. This role is designed to help you complete your supervision hours and prepare for the BACB exam.
What you'll do#
- Provide early intervention therapy in a center-based setting.
- Support the development of children aged 18 months to 13 years.
- Collect data and implement individualized treatment plans for each child.
- Build clinical skills under the supervision of a BCBA.
- Collaborate with our team and BCBAs.
- Dedicate 8 hours per week away from direct care to complete BDS modules.
- Sit for the BACB exam within 6 months of joining the team.
What you'll need#
- Proof of enrollment in an accredited Master's program in Psychology or a related field.
- Completion of 1700 out of 2000 required fieldwork hours (85%).
- All restricted hours must be completed.
