About the role#
Action Behavior Centers is hiring a Behavior Analyst in Training for a practicum role. This position is for individuals currently enrolled in an accredited masters program who need to complete their supervision hours. You will work in a center-based setting and prepare for the BACB exam.
What you'll do#
- Provide early intervention therapy for children aged 18 months to 8 years.
- Implement individualized treatment plans for each child.
- Collect data on client progress.
- Collaborate with BCBAs on your team.
- Dedicate 8 hours per week to working on BDS modules.
- Sit for the BACB exam within 6 months of joining the team.
What you'll need#
- Current status as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Behavior Technician (BT).
- Proof of enrollment in an accredited masters program.
- Completion of 85% of your required fieldwork hours (1700 of 2000 hours).
- All restricted hours must be completed.
