About the role#
The Behavior Analysis Practicum is designed for students currently working as a Behavior Technician or Registered Behavior Technician who are pursuing their BCBA certification. This is a full-time, paid position that provides supervision hours in a center-based setting. We are looking for candidates who are nearing the completion of their fieldwork requirements and are ready to transition into a BCBA role.
What you'll do#
- Provide early intervention therapy for children aged 18 months to 8 years old.
- Collect data and implement individualized treatment plans for each child.
- Collaborate with BCBAs and other team members to support clinical goals.
- Dedicate 8 hours per week to working on BDS modules.
- Sit for the BACB exam within 6 months of joining the team.
What you'll need#
- Current status as a Behavior Technician or Registered Behavior Technician.
- Proof of enrollment in an accredited master's program.
- Completion of 85% of required fieldwork hours (1700 out of 2000 hours).
- All restricted hours must be completed.
