About the role#
As a production intern, you will join the project management team to support the daily coordination of game development deliverables. You will collaborate with associate producers and department leads across art, design, programming, and QA to help maintain the development pipeline.
What you'll do#
- Organize and track team meetings, including stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Create, update, and monitor tasks and bugs within Jira and Confluence.
- Identify bottlenecks or blockers between departments and follow up with production managers.
- Update internal project documentation and prepare progress reports for the production leadership team.
- Facilitate communication between departments to ensure teams have the resources needed to meet their goals.
What you'll need#
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor or DESS program in project management, business administration, operations management, computer science, or a related field.
- Knowledge of or interest in project management tools like Jira and Confluence.
- Proficiency with the MS Office suite.
- Understanding of Agile and Scrum development methodologies.
- Experience playing first-person shooter (FPS) games.
Location & details#
- This is a full-time, paid internship.
- The position is based in Quebec, Quebec.
- Work is on-site, five days per week.
- The term for this internship is Winter 2027.
