    About the role#

    Adient is hiring for a Co-op position within our Engineering community. You will work with the Automotive Seating and Seat Structures and Mechanisms group. This is a full-time, paid, on-site opportunity.

    What you'll do#

    • Support the engineering team on seating and mechanism projects.
    • Collaborate with team members, customers, and suppliers.
    • Apply your academic knowledge to automotive engineering tasks.

    What you'll need#

    • You must be a current student at Kettering University enrolled in an Engineering program, preferably Mechanical or Industrial.
    • A minimum GPA of 3.0.
    • Strong analytical skills.
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Leadership capabilities.
    • Previous internship or co-op experience in an automotive role is a plus.
    • Experience with BOS or Manufacturing Quality Systems is a plus.

    • This role is located in Plymouth, Michigan.
    • This is an on-site position.
    • This is a rolling term co-op.
    • We do not provide sponsorship for this role.
