About the role#
Adient is hiring for a Co-op position within our Engineering community. You will work with the Automotive Seating and Seat Structures and Mechanisms group. This is a full-time, paid, on-site opportunity.
What you'll do#
- Support the engineering team on seating and mechanism projects.
- Collaborate with team members, customers, and suppliers.
- Apply your academic knowledge to automotive engineering tasks.
What you'll need#
- You must be a current student at Kettering University enrolled in an Engineering program, preferably Mechanical or Industrial.
- A minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Leadership capabilities.
- Previous internship or co-op experience in an automotive role is a plus.
- Experience with BOS or Manufacturing Quality Systems is a plus.

- This role is located in Plymouth, Michigan.
- This is an on-site position.
- This is a rolling term co-op.
