About the role#
This co-op position offers hands-on experience in supply chain management. You will gain exposure to sourcing, purchasing, logistics, and contract management while working directly with the Supply Chain Manager. This is a full-time, paid temporary role based in our corporate office.
What you'll do#
- Organize and analyze spend data to provide insights by category, region, and site.
- Maintain the contract database by updating inventories and creating metadata.
- Document and update supply chain policies to standardize practices.
- Work with stakeholders to improve contract management processes, communication, and compliance.
- Assist the Supply Chain Manager with troubleshooting and day-to-day supply chain issues.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate degree program for Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A genuine interest in purchasing and procurement.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented approach with strong time management skills.
- Ability to provide a current Vulnerable Sector Check and Criminal Background Check.
