About the role#
As a Winter Analyst, you will join the Infrastructure Advisory team for a four-month term starting in January 2027. This program includes instruction in project finance, financial statement analysis, and financial modeling. You will work on active projects alongside senior partners and gain exposure to global infrastructure transactions, including renewable power, energy, digital, and transportation sectors.
What you'll do#
- Participate in the execution of equity and debt offerings, mergers and acquisitions, public-private partnerships, and principal investments.
- Develop complex financial models for infrastructure transactions, including the use of macros and VBA programming.
- Manage due diligence processes and coordinate with third-party advisors.
- Build asset valuations using various approaches.
- Prepare client presentations and participate in discussions.
- Research investment banking opportunities, target companies, and specific sectors.
- Maintain firm marketing materials and create pitch decks.
- Assist the senior team in evaluating investment opportunities and managing existing investments.
What you'll need#
- An undergraduate degree in accounting, finance, commerce, business, statistics, computer science, engineering, or mathematics.
- Graduation by Summer or Fall 2027.
- A minimum cGPA of 80% or 3.7/4.0.
- Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly in writing and verbally.
- Ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision.
- A commitment to producing accurate work under tight deadlines.
