About the role#
Agri-Cover, Inc. is hiring an IT Support Intern to work with our Information Technology department. This is a part-time, hourly, on-site role based in Jamestown, North Dakota. You will support our internal team by maintaining hardware and resolving technical issues for staff.
What you'll do#
- Answer user questions regarding Microsoft Office, printers, and Internet Explorer.
- Install and update software applications on laptops and workstations.
- Test reported technical problems, research solutions, and implement fixes.
- Assist the IT team with the maintenance of hardware, networks, and servers.
What you'll need#
- Completion of your freshman year in a Bachelor's degree program for Computer Science, Information Technology, or a similar field.
- Proficiency with database, internet, spreadsheet, and word processing software.
- Ability to perform basic algebra and geometry calculations.
- Capability to lift and move up to 100 pounds.
