About the role#
Aleysian is seeking a Salesforce & AI Implementation Intern for the Summer 2027 term. This is a client-facing position based in our Chicago office. You will work alongside our consultants and leadership team to design, configure, and test business solutions. We focus on hands-on training and welcome candidates from a variety of academic backgrounds.
What you'll do#
- Talk with clients and stakeholders to define business needs and project requirements.
- Document client processes, system requirements, and solution specifications.
- Help design and configure Salesforce and AI-based tools.
- Assist with the implementation, testing, and validation of these solutions.
- Work with project teams to ensure our deliverables meet client expectations.
- Research new AI technologies and identify ways to apply them to business tasks.
- Create project documentation such as process flows, test plans, and user guides.
- Build training materials to support knowledge transfer for clients and our internal team.
What you'll need#
- Current college junior status, returning to school for senior year with an expected graduation in Spring 2028.
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and a focus on problem solving.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Comfort working in a small company environment.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and achieve objectives with minimal guidance.
- Eligibility to work in the United States without limitation.

- This is a full-time, paid internship.
- The role is located on-site in Chicago, Illinois.
- We do not offer visa sponsorship for this position.
