About the role#
As a mechanical engineering intern at Allegion, you will join a team focused on delivering security solutions. You will work on real projects that help streamline how the business operates. - Support Product Lifecycle Engineering by sustaining the quality of current market products.
- Participate in development discussions and implement solutions on live projects.
- Learn and apply Structured Problem Solving and Root Cause Analysis to address quality issues.
- Build a foundation for your future career through professional development and mentorship.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, Systems, or Industrial Engineering.
- Completion of your sophomore year by Summer 2027 is preferred.
- Experience with CAD software, with Creo being a plus.
- Demonstrated leadership ability and initiative, such as involvement in sports, clubs, or work projects.
- A strong desire to learn and grow within a professional environment.

- Compensation: $25 to $26 per hour.
