About the role#
The Business Process Improvement Intern role is a short-term opportunity for students interested in Business Operations. You will learn about our business operations, data analytics, and customer-facing process improvements. You will work closely with leaders and contribute to real projects during the summer of 2027.
What you'll do#
- Use MDI (Managing Daily Improvement) data to drive improvements.
- Lead cross-functional projects focused on interaction quality, responsiveness, delivery, and engagement.
- Collaborate with teams across customer experience, technical support, order management, and sales.
- Collect and analyze data from business systems using Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
- Support the Business Operations Excellence Roadmap, including the rollout of MDI and Leader Standard Work.
- Drive structured problem solving to create sustainable improvements for our customers.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, management, or technology.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to conduct market research and identify improvement opportunities.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with others.
- A team-oriented mindset to build effective cooperation with colleagues.
