About the role#
Bernstein Private Wealth Management provides investment services to high net worth and ultra-high net worth clients. As a Private Wealth Summer Intern, you will work directly with Financial Advisors to support the growth of our wealth management platform. You will gain experience in asset allocation, capital markets positioning, portfolio analytics, and legacy planning for families and individuals. This is a paid, full-time position.
What you'll do#
- Partner with Financial Advisors on service and support tasks including portfolio analysis, account creation, and account maintenance.
- Prepare for client and prospect meetings.
- Complete ad-hoc business projects as assigned.
- Participate in training focused on client service, partnership, and communication.
- Engage in career management, mentorship, and one-on-one coaching sessions.
- Attend networking events and social outings with the team.
What you'll need#
- Bachelor’s degree candidate graduating between December 2027 and June 2028.
- Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or better.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to build relationships and work as a team player.
- Detail-oriented approach with the ability to multi-task under pressure.
- Proficiency in Word and Excel is preferred.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident.
- Relevant internship experience and coursework in Finance or Economics are preferred.
- Security Industry Essentials (SIE) certification is a plus.
- Must submit a HireVue video as part of the application process.
- Successful completion of a background check is required.
