About the role#
As an Americas Financial Planning & Analysis Intern, you will join the ABG Accelerate internship program. This 10-week summer experience focuses on professional development, networking with senior leadership, and gaining insight into our field operations. You will support the financial team while working on a dedicated project to deliver value to the organization.
What you'll do#
- Prepare financial statements and perform account reconciliations.
- Develop monthly forecasts and business plans for revenue and expense accounts.
- Support month and quarter close processes.
- Assist with the preparation and automation of management reports.
- Review monthly income statements to reconcile forecasts against actual results.
- Complete a project that provides business insights and present your findings to leadership.
- Participate in various ad-hoc projects as needed.
What you'll need#
- Active enrollment in a college or university program, specifically in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration.
- Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong attention to detail and a sense of ownership over your work.
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a high-pressure environment with a strong sense of urgency.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as a collaborative team member.
Location & details#
- This is a paid, full-time internship at $30 per hour.
- You must be able to work 35 hours per week on-site at our World HQ in Parsippany, New Jersey.
- This position is for the Summer 2027 term.
