About the role#
Bernstein Private Wealth Management advises high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients. As an intern, you will work alongside Financial Advisors and their teams. You will help support the growth of the Private Wealth Management platform by assisting with asset allocation, capital markets positioning, portfolio analytics, and wealth planning for families and individuals. This is a paid, full-time position.
What you'll do#
- Partner with Financial Advisors on service and support tasks, including portfolio analysis and account maintenance.
- Prepare for client and prospect meetings.
- Complete ad-hoc business projects.
- Focus on client service excellence through partnership and communication training.
- Participate in career management sessions, mentorship, and one-on-one coaching.
- Attend networking events and social outings.
What you'll need#
- Current bachelor’s degree candidate graduating between December 2027 and June 2028.
- Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or better.
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to build relationships, work as a team player, and handle multiple tasks under pressure.
- Detail-oriented and client-focused mindset.
- U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident status.
- Availability to work full-time from June to August.
- Proficiency in Word and Excel is preferred.
- Coursework in Finance or Economics is preferred.
- Relevant internship experience is a plus, as is holding the Security Industry Essentials (SIE) certification.
