About the role#
As a Requirements Management Intern, you will work with engineering and project management teams to shape the foundation of project success. You will focus on defining and managing requirements while using data to improve project performance. This is a full-time, paid internship based in Saint-Bruno.
What you'll do#
- Design and develop Power BI dashboards to improve insight and usability.
- Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics for requirements management.
- Identify project gaps, lead corrective actions, and track progress toward specific targets.
- Present data-driven insights and performance reports to management.
- Collaborate with Requirements Management Coordinators to ensure timely follow-up on project activities.
- Consolidate Return on Experience data into a centralized knowledge hub.
- Analyze project risks and performance gaps to propose data-backed solutions.
What you'll need#
- Current studies in Data Science, Computer Science, Business Administration, Statistics, or Communications.
- Hands-on experience designing Power BI dashboards.
- A strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to translate data into clear, compelling insights.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Proficiency in both French and English.
- Familiarity with UI design or data visualization best practices is an asset.
