About the role#
As a project management systems intern, you will support the tools and digital solutions that help our teams deliver rail transport systems. You will work with colleagues in engineering, operations, and design to improve project management processes and ensure our digital tools function reliably.
What you'll do#
- Provide daily support for project management systems and tools.
- Maintain Power BI dashboards, key performance indicators, and reports.
- Offer first-level assistance to users and resolve common technical issues.
- Help deploy, test, and improve digital tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize how we use digital solutions.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a degree in engineering, information systems, project management, business, or data analytics.
- Strong interest in project management tools and process improvement.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to analyze and solve problems.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work with international teams.
- Proficiency in a language other than French is an asset for international collaboration, though French is the primary language of work.
