About the role#
This internship offers the opportunity to contribute to strategic supply chain initiatives. You will work within our team to support daily operations and gain experience in a professional aerospace environment. This is a full-time, paid position based on-site at our headquarters.
What you'll do#
- Assist with the preparation and coordination of the Supplier Forum.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Vice President’s Office.
- Manage various tasks within the supply chain environment.
- Participate in projects to support team activities and daily workflows.
- Contribute to process improvements and cross-functional team collaboration.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a Canadian university throughout the internship period.
- Pursuit of a degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Communications, Operations Management, Project Management, or Commercial studies.
- Eligibility to work in Canada and ability to work on-site in Quebec.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both French and English.
- Ability to read and understand technical instructions and documentation in English.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- A process and results-oriented mindset.
- Experience or skills in project management.
- Ability to obtain all clearances for handling and transfer of controlled goods, including the successful completion of a criminal background check.
Location & details#
- Location: Longueuil, Quebec, Canada.
- Term: January 5, 2027, to April 23, 2027.
- Work Modality: On-site, Monday to Friday.
