About the role#
Join AMEND as a Quality Assurance Analyst to gain hands-on experience supporting our Delivery team. You will support delivery operations through data governance, project auditing, and operational oversight. This is a co-op or internship experience that includes the opportunity to participate in our Analyst Program, a semester-long development program designed to build a broad understanding of business.
What you'll do#
- Audit and ensure adherence to delivery metrics and data standards.
- Collect and verify baseline data related to project scope changes.
- Support the creation of Standard Operating Procedures for delivery metric capture.
- Manage and oversee the Operational SharePoint site, including organizing document artifacts.
- Perform data cleanup in project management systems to ensure billing milestones, resourcing, and status accuracy.
- Collect and analyze historical data to support business intelligence reporting.
What you'll need#
- Pursuit of a degree in Business Administration, Data Science, Operations Management, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Comfort using Excel and a willingness to learn business intelligence tools like Power BI.
- Basic familiarity or a willingness to learn operational business systems such as Kantata and SharePoint.
- Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with team members.
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work independently with guidance.
- Authorization to work for any employer in the U.S. without sponsorship.
