About the role#
As an Associate Digital Product Management Intern, you will join a 10-week summer program within Enterprise Technology Services. You will sit at the intersection of business, technology, data, and design to help teams understand customer needs and deliver value at scale. You will work alongside Product Managers, Engineers, Designers, and Data Analysts to learn how products are envisioned, built, and launched.
What you'll do#
- Support Product Managers and delivery teams in defining and prioritizing product requirements, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Assist with customer discovery, stakeholder interviews, user research, and usability testing to inform product decisions.
- Support Agile ceremonies including backlog refinement, sprint planning, demos, and retrospectives.
- Document technical discussions regarding architectural approach, system design, and implementation planning.
- Monitor risks, dependencies, and capacity considerations to support delivery.
What you'll need#
- Currently enrolled in a full-time Bachelor’s degree program in fields such as Computer Science, Business Administration, MIS, or Business Analytics.
- Experience using tools like JIRA, Confluence, Miro, Figma, Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Familiarity with product management concepts including customer journeys, user-centered design, feature prioritization, and roadmap planning.
- Understanding of AI concepts, including prompt design, model capabilities, responsible AI practices, and human-in-the-loop review.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
