    About the role#

    The Marketing Orchestration & Analytics team at Navy Federal Credit Union bridges traditional marketing theory with modern technology. As a Technical Product Analyst intern, you will join a team focused on developing marketing strategies, improving system capabilities, and driving operational efficiency. You will spend 12 weeks working on projects that support the Next Best Interaction marketing program.

    What you'll do#

    • Help lead the development of automation and AI solutions to support Marketing business needs.
    • Collaborate with Marketing leadership to assess program requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
    • Partner with stakeholders to establish strategies for the NFCU Martech stack.
    • Use data analytics, automation, and AI tools to create solutions that improve marketing operations and member experience.
    • Work cross-functionally to communicate findings from performance data and translate them into actionable designs.
    • Mentor team members on tools and strategies for automation and AI enhancements.

    What you'll need#

    • Current enrollment in an accredited college or university with an anticipated graduation date of December 2027 or later.
    • Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering.
    • Familiarity with technical, analytical, and statistical concepts, including Data Lake or Data Warehouse navigation, API or ETL processes, and predictive models.
    • Proficiency in Azure, SQL, Python, Tableau, Power BI, large language models, and the M365 suite.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
    • Previous experience in technology or technology-adjacent roles is preferred.

    Location & details#

    • This is a full-time, 12-week paid internship running from May 2027 to August 2027.
    • The role is based in Vienna, Virginia, with a hybrid work schedule requiring 3 days per week in the office.
    • Standard working hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
