About the role#
We are looking for a student to join our IT team in Levis. You will provide first-level technical support to internal users, helping with hardware and software requests. You will work alongside an experienced team that prioritizes your training and integration.
What you'll do#
- Provide first-level IT support for hardware, telephony, printers, and company applications.
- Configure and install computers for new employees.
- Document your work using our ticketing system.
- Interact professionally with colleagues to ensure high satisfaction.
- Participate in various projects based on your interests and curiosity.
- Contribute to maintaining and improving our IT infrastructure.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a professional (DEP) or college (AEC/DEC) program in IT support.
- Ability to diagnose issues and find solutions independently.
- Strong interest in customer support.
- Proficiency in both French and English.
