About the role#
We are hiring for paid Digital Technologies internships and co-ops at our Toronto headquarters. These positions offer 8, 12, or 16-month terms starting on May 3rd, 2027. You will work on meaningful projects from your first day, contributing to real business value for our brands and consumers. We match interns to specific technology roles based on individual skills and interests, including positions as Software Engineers, Product Managers, or Project Managers.
What you'll do#
- Solve supply chain problems.
- Drive digitization initiatives to optimize our go-to-market strategy.
- Apply business analytics to improve brand building experiences.
- Lead fast-cycle projects for the Canadian business.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to remove roadblocks and deliver measurable results.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with a planned graduation in mid-late 2028.
- Academic background in Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Administration, Computer Engineering, or Industrial Engineering.
- No more than 3 years of prior full-time work experience.
- Ability to build relationships and work effectively in diverse, multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Availability to start on May 3rd, 2027.
