About the role#
As a Design Co-op, you will join teams of design thinkers and practitioners to create solutions that support brand strategy and business goals. You will work on packaging, product, and digital projects, taking them from initial brainstorming through to final execution. This role involves partnering with creative leaders, marketers, and agency partners to influence design strategies.
What you'll do#
- Craft design solutions that align with brand objectives.
- Collaborate with multi-functional teams to execute design projects.
- Participate in the entire design process, including assessment, brainstorming, and content creation.
- Deliver innovation through end-to-end design workflows.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a degree program related to Graphic Design, Industrial Design, Communications, Media Studies, Urban Planning, or Art.
- Creative Excellence, including strong aesthetics, visualization skills, and visual storytelling.
- Design Thinking skills with a focus on human-centered problem solving, prototyping, and iterating.
- Technical Mastery of relevant software and prototyping tools.
- Presentation Mastery, with the ability to communicate a clear point of view both visually and verbally.
Location & details#
- Location: Cincinnati, Ohio.
- Term: Winter 2027 (January through April).
- Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week.
- Compensation: Paid position.
