    About the role#

    This R&D Engineer Co-op role at Procter & Gamble offers students the chance to work on the creation and launch of new product innovations. You will join the team at the Gillette World Shaving Headquarters in Boston for a term during Summer 2026. This is a paid, full-time, on-site position. Please note that immigration sponsorship is not available for this role.

    What you'll do#

    • Take ownership of specific projects and responsibilities starting on your first day.
    • Collaborate with technical and commercial partners to develop and manufacture consumer products.
    • Translate consumer needs into product specifications and technical designs.
    • Create and develop methods to measure and characterize product performance.
    • Work across various R&D functions, such as Product Research, Data Science, or Process Development.
    • Receive formal training and day-to-day mentoring from managers and team members.

    What you'll need#

    • Enrollment as a Bachelor's or Master's student in Chemical, Mechanical, or Biomedical Engineering, or Data Science.
    • Expected graduation date in 2028 or 2029.
    • Strong communication skills.
    • Critical thinking and active listening abilities.
    • Capacity to learn quickly in a changing environment.
