About the role#
As a Customer Experience Intern, you will support our team in understanding and improving how customers interact with our brand. You will work with data, analyze feedback, and help share insights across the company to drive improvements. This role offers exposure to market research and cross-functional collaboration within the building materials industry.
What you'll do#
- Collect and analyze customer feedback from various sources.
- Use data management tools to evaluate customer behavior and sentiments.
- Create reports and visualizations to present your findings.
- Support initiatives designed to improve customer satisfaction and the overall customer journey.
- Communicate insights to different business functions to help align our teams.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a bachelor's degree in Communications, English, or Business Administration.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in analyzing data and drawing actionable insights.
- Ability to identify issues and contribute to practical solutions.
- A genuine interest in understanding and improving the customer experience.

- Location: Oak Park Heights, Minnesota.
- Modality: On-site.
- Schedule: Full-time, rolling term.
- Compensation: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour.
- Note: This position is paid, but interns are not eligible for benefits.
