About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship for Summer 2026 based in Oklahoma City. You will work on-site at correctional facilities to support staff training and program operations.
What you'll do#
- Assist with the training and development of new staff members.
- Provide daily support to correctional facility personnel.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure programs run effectively.
- Attend staff meetings and training sessions.
- Document and report incidents as required.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Criminal Justice degree program.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with a team.
- Familiarity with correctional system procedures.
- Experience in direct care or corrections is preferred.
