About the role#
Arbella Insurance Group is hiring for a Contact Center Internship for the Fall 2026 semester. This full-time, paid position offers hands-on experience within our Customer Service or Claim Service Center departments. You will participate in classroom and on-the-job training, work with a mentor, and gain insight into our operations through job shadowing. We are looking for individuals interested in potential permanent employment upon completion of the program, depending on performance and business needs.
What you'll do#
- Communicate with customers, agents, and vendors across various channels.
- Guide customers through billing, policy, and claim-related inquiries with care.
- Research policy and claim activity to identify and implement solutions.
- Collaborate with independent agents and internal teams to escalate urgent concerns.
- Build professional relationships with both internal and external customers.
- Support team goals and promote company values, including diversity and inclusion initiatives.
What you'll need#
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Ability to multi-task and work effectively both independently and in a team.
- Sound technical aptitude and a willingness to learn quickly.
- Basic computer skills.
- A desire for potential permanent employment.
- Preferred majors include Business Administration, Communications, or Psychology.
