About the role#
The Archdiocese of Baltimore is hiring a Human Resource Intern to join the team at our central office. This role involves collaborating with the Special Projects Coordinator on a time-sensitive initiative. You will gain experience with our applicant tracking system and exposure to core business operations. This position is paid at $17.00 per hour and is expected to last for at least 6 months. Scheduling is flexible based on your availability.
What you'll do#
- Perform research within the UKG applicant tracking system.
- Handle external communication through email and phone.
- Conduct additional research on various human resource topics as needed.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in or graduation from a 4-year degree program in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat.
- Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in your work.
- Ability to stay on task and maintain high dependability.
- Capacity to handle sensitive information with strict confidentiality.
