About the role#
ArtsQuest is seeking a graphic design student to join our marketing department. This internship offers hands-on experience within a non-profit arts and cultural organization. You will gain insight into the intersection of design and marketing while building your portfolio.
What you'll do#
- Assist with diverse projects, including print and online ad design for multiple brands.
- Create signs, graphics, and other marketing materials.
- Work with marketing staff to set and reach departmental goals.
- Complete 15-25 hours of work per week.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a full-time undergraduate or graduate program in marketing, graphic design, or illustration.
- Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of best design practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Capacity to meet strict deadlines.

About ArtsQuest
ArtsQuest is a nonprofit organization based in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. Founded in 1984, the group focuses on community revitalization through music, film, and arts education. It operates the ArtsQuest Center at SteelStacks and the Banana Factory Arts Education Center. The organization produces Musikfest, a large free music festival, and maintains a staff of nearly 200 people.
