About the role#
We are looking for a Tax Intern to join our team for the 2027 tax season. You will gain hands-on experience in tax processes and contribute to projects in a professional setting. This role is a chance to build your skills in tax analysis and compliance.
What you'll do#
- Assist the Tax team with the preparation and analysis of tax documents.
- Help the team maintain compliance with tax regulations and filing requirements.
- Research tax issues and provide recommendations.
- Gather data from other departments to ensure reporting accuracy.
- Identify ways to improve processes and increase efficiency.
- Provide clear updates to team members and stakeholders.
What you'll need#
- You are pursuing or have recently completed a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Ability to work at least 15 to 20 hours per week.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to learn new software programs quickly.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to think critically and solve problems.
- A customer-focused mindset and the ability to analyze data for insights.
