About the role#
ATA is hiring a seasonal Tax Intern for the Winter 2027 tax season. This role offers hands-on experience with tax processes and professional projects in our Nashville office.
What you'll do#
- Prepare and analyze tax documents with the Tax team.
- Support compliance with tax regulations and filing requirements.
- Research tax issues and provide recommendations.
- Gather data from other departments to ensure reporting accuracy.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency.
- Provide updates to team members and stakeholders.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Availability to work at least 15 to 20 hours per week.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or equivalent tools.
- Ability to learn new software programs quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to analyze data and solve problems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
