About the role#
As a Marketing and Communications Intern, you will work with experienced specialists to plan and deliver client and internal campaigns. You will gain exposure to brand messaging, content creation, and audience engagement. You will also develop skills in strategic communication and digital marketing. The program includes a Capstone Project where you will research and pitch a new client opportunity to senior leadership.
What you'll do#
- Support client initiatives through research, content development, and presentation design.
- Assist in communication logistics for clientele and coordinate with key stakeholders.
- Create and manage social media content and internal engagement to promote the brand.
- Conduct research, build Excel reports, and create slide decks to support marketing efforts.
- Provide general project support across marketing, branding, and event initiatives.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or Media Studies.
- Creative approach to proposing ideas and solutions.
- Clear communication skills and comfort working across departments.
- Technical ability to learn and adapt to new computer programs.
- Strong time management and organizational skills with attention to detail.
Location & details#
- This internship is based on-site at our Philadelphia headquarters.
- The program runs during Summer 2027, from June 15 through August 11.
- Interns are expected to work 20 to 30 hours per week.
- This is a paid position.
