About the role#
Audax Group is hiring a Data Analytics Co-Op to join the Business Solutions team. You will support our Business Intelligence strategy by working directly with our finance, strategic resources, and deal teams. This role involves hands-on work with data modeling, analytics, and the expansion of our BI infrastructure.
What you'll do#
- Design, implement, and maintain BI reporting and the company Semantic Layer.
- Support Business Solutions and strategic resources with Power BI and data analytics development.
- Build ETL processes and analytic pipelines for investment professionals.
- Assist with data governance, including data lineage and cataloging.
- Perform data validation, quality assessments, and resolve data anomalies.
- Work with professionals to scale the semantic layer within our cloud enterprise data warehouse.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor or Master degree in Finance, Accounting, Analytics Engineering, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Power BI and SQL.
- Experience cleaning and distilling large data sets.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience with Python, Alteryx, tabular modeling, or cloud-based databases is a plus.
- Previous co-op or full-time experience in a related field is a plus.

- Location: Boston, Massachusetts.
- Term: Winter 2027 (January 4, 2027, to June 25, 2027).
- Modality: On-site, 3-4 days per week.
- Compensation: This is a paid position.
