About the role#
Audax Group is seeking an Investor Relations Co-Op to join our team in New York. This role offers exposure to both internal senior management and external limited partners. You will handle investor communications and manage inquiries related to Audax Private Debt. We look for individuals who can manage multiple tasks and deliverables in a deadline-oriented environment.
What you'll do#
- Maintain CRM data quality through routine reviews and assist with data backfills.
- Support internal and external custodian investor reporting by coordinating inputs and performing quality checks.
- Assist with ad hoc anti-money laundering screening and document the outcomes.
- Manage the DDQ/RFP library by updating and organizing categorization for standard responses.
- Monitor vendor and platform invoicing through to payment completion.
- Assist with new product onboarding and monitor news and research license renewals.
- Gather articles and compile materials for industry news deliverables.
- Cross-train to provide support for investor onboarding, reporting, and special projects.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a BS/BA program, with a focus on Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or Communications.
- 0-2 years of previous administrative experience.
- Strong organizational skills and extreme attention to detail.
- A self-starter mindset with a willingness to learn.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Previous finance industry or operations experience is preferred.

- Location: New York, New York.
- Term: Winter 2027 (January 4, 2027 to June 25, 2027).
- Modality: On-site (3-4 days per week in the office).
- Compensation: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour.
