About the role#
Autoliv is hiring an Internal Control Intern for a one-year rolling internship. You will work on-site in Auburn Hills, Michigan. This is a full-time, paid position.
What you'll do#
- Support SOX, internal, and external audit activities, including documentation, evidence tracking, and PBC support.
- Assist with process documentation, narratives, and control descriptions.
- Maintain and update risk and control matrices.
- Support basic accounting tasks such as reconciliations, accrual support, and variance analysis.
- Organize and track audit evidence and PBC requests.
- Assist with walkthrough preparation, meeting materials, and training presentations.
- Support ad hoc projects related to finance, controls, or process improvement.
What you'll need#
- You are a Junior or Senior pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Audit, or a related field.
- A minimum 3.0 GPA.
- Proficiency in English (Spanish proficiency is a plus).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present confidently.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent time management skills.
