About the role#
The Leadership Development Internship is a selective 10 to 12 week summer program for students interested in public safety technology. You will join a cohort of peers to work on meaningful projects, partner with company leaders, and explore various business functions. This role provides exposure to teams including product management, strategy, sales, marketing, finance, and operations.
What you'll do#
- Take ownership of complex projects and contribute to business decisions.
- Partner with leaders to solve specific business challenges.
- Build cross-functional experience across key company departments.
- Participate in program-specific events including mentorship, panels, and speaker sessions.
- Explore potential career paths across the organization.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree, with a preference for the Class of 2028.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in school, work, athletics, or the community.
- A strong interest in solving complex problems.
- Ability to thrive in high-growth environments.
- Enthusiasm for the mission and core values of Axon.
- Preferred majors include Business Administration, Marketing, Political Science, Communications, and Psychology.

- Compensation: This is a paid, full-time internship with a starting hourly pay of $30.
