- Build demos, prototypes, proof-of-concepts, and reference implementations.
- Debug technical issues across API integrations.
- Advise customers on search quality, latency, retrieval strategies, and integration best practices.
- Partner with Product and Engineering teams to identify recurring customer needs and technical blockers.
- Create reusable sample code, integration guides, and technical documentation.
- Collaborate with the business team during technical evaluations, onboarding, and deployment.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Strong programming skills in Python, TypeScript, or JavaScript.
- Experience working with REST APIs, backend systems, or web applications.
- Familiarity with modern AI application stacks, including LLMs, RAG, agents, or retrieval systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to debug issues independently.
- Comfortable communicating technical concepts clearly to customers.
- A proactive, ownership-driven working style.
- Previous software engineering, AI, or technical internship experience is a plus.
- Experience building AI agents, RAG pipelines, or search systems is preferred.
- Familiarity with frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, LangGraph, or OpenAI SDKs.
- Experience building and shipping side projects, hackathon projects, or production applications.
Location & details#
