    About the role#

    This internship supports the operational and programmatic efforts of the AZA & BBG Movement. You will work with the Senior Director of Teen Leadership to manage projects, refine workflows, and assist with movement-wide initiatives. This is a paid position for Fall 2026.

    What you'll do#

    • Support content generation for the BBYO Program Bank and Toolbox.
    • Convert immersive experiences into clear, usable templates for teens and advisors.
    • Write and draft templates for emails, program planning, and project management.
    • Manage day-to-day operations of the International Leadership Network.
    • Review data from platforms like Salesforce and teen surveys to identify trends.
    • Provide administrative oversight for AZA & BBG Movement initiatives, including Stand UP and international awards.
    • Handle operational tasks such as organizing materials and preparing supplies for programs.

    What you'll need#

    • Current enrollment in a degree program at an accredited university.
    • Strong writing and editing skills with a focus on detail.
    • Proficiency or a willingness to learn Airtable, Microsoft Office, and Google Suite.
    • Ability to work 15-19 hours per week.
    • A background in BBYO or a similar youth or Jewish organization is preferred.
    • Majors in Communications, Business Administration, Political Science, or Psychology are relevant to this work.

    Location & details#

    • This role is based in Washington, D.C. with a hybrid work modality.
    • You must have unrestricted authorization to work in the United States, as sponsorship is not provided.
    • The internship is part-time.
